I have experience of therapy with children, young people and adults.
Language is the central medium of therapeutic change. In our conversations, I create a space where you feel seen, heard and understood. This is the foundation on which development becomes possible.
I grew up with three languages and have a feel for linguistic and cultural nuances – which means I can offer therapy in more than one language.
My therapeutic approach draws on elements of narrative, psychodynamic and cognitive therapy. In sessions with children and young people, I also use the neuroaffective method.
My approach combines empathetic listening with analysis. Together we identify recurring thought patterns, feelings and actions, and I support your work towards positive change. This opens up new perspectives which, through change, lead to greater coherence, inner balance and a noticeably higher quality of life.
At the heart of my work is the transition from words to impact – and from impact to change.
